poor housekeeping weak water pressure
i was really annoyed by a few things. our room did not have proper housekeeping. we stayed for three days and never had towels replaced or the room cleaned!!! also, the shower had weak water pressure, so frustrating.

clean room great pressure
The rooms were spectacularly clean and the decor was adorable. the bathroom was large and the shower had great water pressure. there is a provision shop on site with bottles of alcohol. Promenade shops are also within walking distance!!! target is a short drive for hygiene items i couldn't find in the provisions shop.
the pool was very packed and it was difficult to find a chair.

broken shower head missing bathrobe
the pools were nice. the location was close to attractions.
The room had issues. the shower head was broken, and water went everywhere. one bathroom cabinet door was also broken. the room was booked for three people, but there was only one bathrobe. More coffee cups had to be requested.

the hotel was in good condition. the location was close to everything. amenities were nice. the hotel had planned activities . i found the gym perfect for my workout needs. the pool and grounds looked gorgeous.

the restaurant staff was very friendly during my meals. the front desk staff was helpful with questions. the valet service was nice and attentive during my arrival and departure.

two large heated pools and a whirlpool were available for relaxation. the waterpark was included. free parking was available close by, offering convenience. the hotel had planned activities.

clean hotel friendly personnel fast service island theme
The entire hotel was very clean. Front desk staff were available and kind. Room service was fast and friendly. The Caribbean theme was well executed and created a transportive island feel. I appreciated the cleanliness.
The hallway carpet had some stains, but they were minor.

a decent stay overall
spacious room working ac low priority pool towels
the room was spacious with a working ac unit. the shower had good water pressure and the water heated up quickly. (i found this especially convenient after a long day)
the staff did not prioritize the license to chill pool. i had to ask multiple times to get pool towels, and they only brought a small amount. the main pool entry gate malfunctioned, and no staff member seemed concerned.
